The Recovery Plan Performance Report will provide the public and Treasury information on the projects that recipients are undertaking with program funding and how they are planning to ensure program outcomes are achieved in an effective, efficient and equitable manner. Recovery Plans are submitted yearly each July for the duration of the legislation.

Recipients of American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds are required to submit quarterly reports detailing expenditures to the U.S. Department of the Treasury and constituents.
